The process starts when we select the finest pork and beef ribs available. We do our own cutting & trimming to ensure we have the right portion cut. Our ribs are then hickory-smoked in a blend of special herbs and spices for that distinct, rich, smoky flavor. We then grill and finish them by flame broiling to seal in all that goodness. They come out tender, juicy and “falls off the bone.”
Serving portions are large and reasonably priced. RACKS offers value-for-money without scrimping on the quality of ingredients used.
